Our limited-edition batch 5 mezcal, produced in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca by fifth-generation master mezcalero Don Guillermo Abad Hernández Sernas.
This mezcal is made from Pelón Verde agave, a variety so elusive it has no official classification, its cultivation passed down through oral tradition alone. It’s smooth on the palate, with notes of fresh flowers, bright minerality and subtle citrus.
